Scheduling

All bookings are made through my enquiry form and booking link. Once your booking link is sent, your appointment is secured only after your retainer (deposit) is paid.

Pricing

Tattoo pricing depends on multiple factors including size, placement, level of detail, amount of colour, skin condition, and aftercare. For larger projects, it’s best to budget by session, as most sleeves and big pieces require multiple sessions.

Session rates

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours): $800 AUD

  • Full Day (up to 7 hours): $1,500 AUD

Your session rate includes: design time (drawing), appointment setup, stencil preparation, tattooing time, photos, second skin/healing bandage application (when suitable), and clean-up.

Extra time (by request): $220 AUD per hour

Guest spots / travel pricing
For guest spots outside Melbourne, pricing may vary slightly to cover travel and setup costs. This will be confirmed before booking.

Payment method
Aside from retainer fees (paid online), session payments are cash only.

Retainer (Deposit)

A retainer (deposit) is required to secure your booking. Retainers are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable (cannot be transferred to another person or a completely different idea)

Your retainer will roll over between sessions on ongoing projects and will be applied to your final session.

Your retainer is forfeited if you cancel or break the rescheduling rules (see below).

Continuing Sessions (Ongoing Projects)

Continuing sessions apply to clients working on multi-session tattoos (sleeves, large pieces, cover-ups, etc.).

  • You may book 1–2 sessions at a time under the same retainer.

  • One reschedule is allowed between sessions under the same retainer.

  • Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks healing between sessions (longer for heavy colour/saturation).

  • If your next session is scheduled more than 6 months after your last session, any price changes (if introduced) may apply to the next session.

Custom Ideas

When you submit an enquiry form, you are approving your concept description and giving creative freedom for me to interpret it in my style.

  • I do not copy other artists’ work or duplicate existing tattoos.

  • Reference images are welcome as inspiration, but your design will be original.

  • If there are elements you must include or do not want, they must be clearly stated in your enquiry form.

Artwork previews:
Your design is presented on the day of your appointment. I do not send artwork in advance.

Please be certain of your idea before submitting your enquiry. Once a booking link is offered, major concept changes are not accepted without a new retainer.

Pre-Drawn Designs (Flash)

Pre-drawn designs are tattooed as-is. Only small size adjustments can be made to fit the area.

To avoid double-booking, if you don’t book within 48 hours of receiving your booking link, please reconfirm availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.

To reschedule, you must message me before the 72-hour window with:

  • Your full name

  • Your appointment date

One reschedule is permitted per retainer. A second reschedule requires a new retainer and the original retainer is forfeited.

Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstance.

If you cancel, no-show, or break the rescheduling policy, your retainer is forfeited and a new retainer is required to book again.

A cancellation includes any of the following:

  • No call / no show (or arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior communication)

  • Attempting a major design change on the day (new concept = new retainer)

  • Rescheduling more than once per retainer and/or rescheduling within the 72-hour window

  • Not providing valid government-issued ID proving you are 18+

  • Arriving with damaged skin in the tattoo area (bruises, burns, sunburn, abrasions)

  • Arriving with numbing cream applied (do not apply any numbing products unless discussed and approved in advance)

Preparing for Your Appointment

Before Your Appointment

  • Moisturise the area daily for the week leading up (simple, fragrance-free lotion).

  • Hydrate and avoid alcohol the day before.

  • Sleep well. Tattoos are easier when your body isn’t exhausted.

  • Eat a proper meal before your appointment. I will not tattoo you if you haven’t eaten.

Do not take blood thinners or apply topical numbing before your appointment unless discussed and approved.

  • Government-issued ID (18+)

  • Cash payment

Recommended for comfort

  • Phone + charger

  • Water + snacks

  • Sweater/jacket, small pillow

  • Earbuds/headphones

Guest Policy

You may bring one person, but they must wait in the lobby and cannot sit in the procedure area. Please do not bring anyone who will rush the session.

No children. No pets.

Clothing

Wear or bring clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area (tank top for upper arm, shorts for leg, etc.). Do not wear anything you would be upset to get ink on.
